In “Housewife”, we are again treated to Magdalia’s lyrical prowess, as she dreams of freedom from her current relationship, stepping into her power over a warm and soulful piano. It’s a powerful anthem about protecting oneself and moving into a better place, not letting how the break might impact her partner stop her from doing what she needs to do for herself. It’s a rousing record with great drive—a real sing along in the shower number.
