Be By You - Paul Varney (Dance) It’s not often that we get someone on the blog with UK top 10 hits and platinum selling records, but we do today with Paul Varney bringing us his latest track, “Be By You”. Written, produced and performed by Varney, released through his Rayvenhouse Records label, “Be By You” is a tight little dance production, centering on the bounce of a synth bass, crisp percussion and a cutting baritone vocal slicing through the well balanced mix. The song has a simple message: call and I’ll be there. The production, however, has a broader message: get to the dance floor. Catchy, groovy and expertly produced, “Be By You” is a delicious pop confection and a dance floor spinner.
